The Board of Directors of Arrow Financial Corporation on April 30, 2008 approved a new stock repurchase program authorizing the repurchase, at the discretion of senior management, of up to $5 million of the Company's common stock over the next twelve months in open market or negotiated transactions.

Patricia Lyng, 80, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2008 at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville. She was born on June 5, 1927 in Glens Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Arthur Been Sr. and Lelia Winslow. Patricia graduated from Lake Luzerne High School.
